There are tips for healing your relationship with food and your body, which are really well done. Author Marisa Michael does such a nice job engaging the readers by highlighting the most important bits of information in each section, and sets the book up in a "workbook style" (via the "Time Out" sections) giving the reader a chance to reflect on their own habits. One of my favorite sections is when Michael talks about other factors affecting sports performance besides weight - something I lecture about as well. Michael recently authored "Nutrition for Climbers" so this is especially great coming from her with a whole page dedicated to this topic.
