Looking for nutrition to be a better climber? This course was designed by a sports dietitian who was frustrated with how little climbing nutrition information is out there, and how inaccurate the information she found actually was. It's designed for the climber looking for solid nutrition information to stay healthy, climb stronger, and climb harder.
This course is a must-have for any climber! It covers how to fuel for comps and training. Designed by a sports dietitian, you'll come away with a personalized nutrition plan for calories, protein, carbs, and fluids to achieve next-level climbing!
Includes:
- 8 video modules (Just over one hour total!)
- Sample all-day climbing meal plan
- Sample training day meal plans with different calorie levels
- What to eat before, during, and after workouts
- Personalized fueling cheat sheet
- Self-test for disordered eating
- Infographic of what to eat for climbing
- Protein powder guide
But why do I need this course? I could just look all this stuff up online!
Oh, really? How many hours would you spend doing this? What would you do if you found conflicting information? Whom would you believe? How would you know that what you are reading is legitimate and science-backed? Would you come away with a clear action plan? Would you have a specific personalized nutrition plan JUST FOR YOU? (We didn't think so!)
Ok, maybe I 'm convinced just a little...but the price seems high...
The price is actually less than the cost of a normal one-on-one consultation with a dietitian! But instead of a one-time meeting, you get lifetime access to it! Plus the personalized fueling plan and meal plans are the gifts that keep on giving. You can use them over and over.
How much money have you spend on gym memberships, exercise clothes, workout gear, coaches, trainers...but neglected your nutrition and hydration? Dialing in to your nutrition helps you achieve your goals.
